I bring a deep bench of expertise as a a social impact entrepreneur, an executive coach to founders and CEOs, and a senior strategist to leaders across the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.

I help ambitious leaders and founders find clarity and confidence, so they can feel fulfilled in work and life. Many of the people I work with are in transition – leading a team for the first time, forging an entirely new career path, or finding their way back to the workplace after starting a family.
I’ve coached startup founders (backed by Seven Seven Six and Rebel One) and amazing leaders inside cool companies and mission-driven nonprofits (Planned Parenthood, National Farm to School Network, Crooked Media, Angel City Football Club, and more!) with The Grand World.
A typical engagement starts at 3-6 months meeting bi-weekly, though many clients continue on thereafter, working through whatever challenges come up each week.
